“World Trade Center” is a large-scale mixed-use development at Abuja, Nigeria. At the time of construction, the region did not have good façade contractors or the material manufacturers. The façade system designed to manufacture in Malaysia and assemble in Nigeria. The work predominantly uses unitized wall systems installed by local workforce. Training local workforce was one of the challenges we had in the project.
